Notary Fees

My minimum fee for Notarial work involving paper wet ink signature and seal is generally £110.

However, as an exception, for Consents for a child to travel abroad (fully drafted) my fee will be £100.

I now offer an e-Notarisation Service - My minimum fee for e-Notarisation is £100.

Please note that not every Notarisation can be done as an e-Notarisation and not all Countries will accept an e-Notarised document.

Below is a list of fees I typically charge for different types of Notarial Instructions. I do not charge on a 'per document' basis but reserve the right to charge more than the fees stated below for transactions involving multiple documents or where I am required to consider complex documents or legal circumstances. I also reserve the right to charge an additional fee where I am required to travel.

For individuals

Power of Attorney (with Direct Notarial Certificate) £160 (for each Power of Attorney)

Power of Attorney (in Public Form - typically Spanish or French) £180 (for each Power of Attorney)

Where you require me to provide a second witness there will be an additional charge of £50

If there is to be more than 1 signatory to a document there will be a further charge of £35 per additional signatory

Where you require documents to be drafted by me the charge will be £50 per document

Declarations on behalf of a Company £300

Apostilles

Where an Apostille is required, at your request, I can send the document(s) directly to the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office. The total fee for each Apostille would be £70 made up as follows:

FCDO fee - £45

Courier Fee - £5.50

Handling Fee - £19.50

Embassy Stamps

Where an Embassy Stamp is required I will obtain a quote from one of my trusted Agents/Partners and provide that to you for your consideration before sending the documents off for further Legalisation.

There will be documents and instructions not mentioned in the above lists which require my Notarial services. Please do feel free to get in touch with me for a bespoke quote.

I reserve the right to charge for postage and travel expenses where deemed necessary.
